After two decades of serving high-net-worth families domestically and internationally in the estate management sector, it became clear that Colorado homeowners with large and complex properties, or those with multiple properties, urgently required a service beyond conventional property management.

Our experience with luxury homes that resemble small boutique-scale resorts has given us a unique perspective, enabling us to offer our services to homeowners who may not require a full-time estate manager. Many homeowners with large homes who spend considerable time managing their properties but don’t need full-time estate management services are seeking a more cost-effective solution without sacrificing high standards.

For most of my career, I managed complex, ultra-high-net-worth residences where precision, discretion, and systems-driven oversight were non-negotiable. As a full-time Estate Manager and Director of Residences, I developed and implemented the operational frameworks required to run highly customized, multimillion-dollar homes with consistency and control.

What became clear was that many families owned additional luxury properties that demanded the same level of expertise—but did not justify a full-time estate manager. Conventional property management filled the gap out of necessity, yet consistently failed to meet the standards required for complex, custom-built residences. With over 20 years of experience managing luxury estates and serving as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families, Andrew H. Beardsley is a distinguished Estate Manager and Director of Residences. Known for his discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to harmonize complex operations across multiple properties, Andrew ensures that every residence under his care runs with seamless precision.

Throughout his career, Andrew has overseen elite properties in locations such as Denver, Palm Beach, Aspen, London, and coastal Florida. Acting as the single point of contact, he expertly coordinates teams, vendors, and large-scale projects—including multimillion-dollar renovations, new construction, and high-profile events. Andrew served as Director of Residences for ultra-high-net-worth families, managing complex portfolios spanning 8 properties across 3 time zones, a 205-foot yacht with 23 crew members, 28 land-based staff, flight department operations, and coordination with NYC-based family offices. His experience includes developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting systems, capital needs tracking, and the operational standards that principals expect from institutional-quality residential management. His hands-on leadership fosters efficiency and peace of mind, allowing families to fully enjoy their homes and lifestyles.

Andrew brings deep expertise in project management, home automation systems (Crestron, Savant, Lutron), and operational planning, supported by his background in hospitality management and business finance from the University of Denver. Whether managing a 45,000 sq. ft. estate or integrating smart-home systems, Andrew delivers excellence across every detail.
